I am a licensed clinical social worker with 10 years of experience helping individuals overcome emotional, behavioral, and mental health challenges. I hold a deep passion for helping clients live their best lives and believe in the power of fitness to create and accelerate growth in therapy.
I integrate fitness and physical activity into traditional therapy sessions to help clients achieve greater self-awareness, stress management, and emotional regulation. By incorporating fitness and movement into the therapy process, clients are able to process and integrate their emotions and experiences in unique and meaningful ways.
I have been trained in a variety of therapeutic modalities, including Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Mindfulness-Based Therapy, and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT). I also take a client-centered approach to therapy and work collaboratively with clients to set goals, develop coping strategies, and build resilience.
